The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development an intergovernmental
Organization Based in Khartoum – Sudan would like to receive offers for
the purchase the attached list of Freshwater Aquaculture Equipments &
Instruments for its Arab Aquaculture program in Freshwater located on
Alshajare area Khartoum-Sudan.
General Conditions:

All offers should be in USD and should be directed to the Director
General office at info@aoad.org .

Offers must
include the cost of the equipments and instruments including shipping
and insurance (CIF) to Portsudan port in the republic of Sudan.

Supplier should provide necessary consumable spare parts in his offer.

Applicants must attach an initial insurance of 2% of the total value of
the tender as an unconditional and irrevocable bank letter of guarantee
or certified bank check that will be returned to those who would not win
the tender while it must be increased to 10% for that who will win the
tender. The insurance must remain valid until the end of the
implementation and the receipt of business.

Required Documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation and practice of profession for
the company / the name of the work
and contractors.
- List of previous work in the field or any other similar areas.

The Director General of the Arab Organization for Agricultural
Development (AOAD) is not restricted to accept the lowest or any other
tender.

The Director General of the
Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) has the right to
cancel the tender at any time before signing the contract with the
winning company.
Penalties: a delay fine will be calculated as 0.15% for each day of
delay for a maximum of 5% of the total value of the contract.
