The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) organized a training course on "Estimating the Technological Value of Egyptian Cotton" during the 19th till the 22nd of November 2017 in Egypt. The participants were 27 trainees from the cadres who are working in the field of cotton research in Egypt.
The training program tackled modern spinning systems.
It focused on cotton yarn, thread quality characteristics, growth and development of cotton fibers and some factors affecting it. The course also included the needed preparations for cotton and the current and future trends of Egyptian cotton and assessing the technological value of Egyptian cotton.
