The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD), inaugurated the national training course in the field of Capacity building to follow up the implementation of development projects and evaluation mechanisms in cooperation with the Omani Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, from the 28th to the 31st of October 2019 in Remais, Oman. The participants were 30 trainees working in the ministry.

 The course aimed at preparing the participants and practically qualifying them on international practices in feasibility studies and analysis of development projects. Moreover, the trainees will be capable of ensuring the actual need of government sectors to development projects and to identify ways to implement and monitor projects in a professional and orderly manner, in addition to the development of follow-up tools and evaluation mechanisms. Furthermore, to reviewing the financial aspects of projects and how to deal with problems and constraints related to the management of development projects.

The course dealt with several aspects related to the identification of the basic in the preparation, follow-up and evaluation of projects and analysis of agricultural projects and financial evaluation through the study of the financial evaluation of the tomato sauce unit production and production one loop per year and methods of fish farming in cages of seas, rivers and lakes.
