During the evening sessions of the Conference, H.E Prof. El Dukheri addressed the Round Table No. 3 on the Environmental Rebalancing with a brief introduction about AOAD and stressed the importance of concerted efforts by all concerned partners to revitalize the degraded areas of the world due to desertification and other causes, pointing out that reaching this goal requires international cooperation in particular, South-South cooperation, as well as strengthening the role of international and regional organizations and local communities in addition to giving a greater role to the private sector.
