The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) launched a training course for 20 participants from the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation held in the Agricultural Research Center in Egypt during the period from 15-19 / 10/2017.

The objective of the training program was to identify and evaluate occupational safety and health risks, to familiarize participants with the tasks used to avoid risks, what kind of equipment and machines are designed to avoid hazards in a working environment, and the best practices for dealing with fire and emergencies.

The course program included a study of the general principles that occupational safety and health seek and the organizational structure of the management of occupational safety and security systems. The occupational safety and health legislation was also highlighted in accordance with the Labor Law of Egypt and an explanation of ISO 18001/2008.
