The participants were 30 trainees from different departments and directorates of the Ministry of Works, Municipal Affairs and Urban Planning.

The course aimed at training and qualifying cadres working in the field of agricultural quarantine. The course included several issues on agricultural quarantine, definitions of terms to understand phytosanitary measures and their adopted standards and how to apply them on the ground.
