The Director General of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD), H.E Prof Ibrahim Adam El Dukhiri, received in his office at the headquarters the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry in the State of East Darfur on Tuesday, 9th January 2018.

 After listening to the conditions of agriculture in the state for the current harvest season, H.E Prof El Dukhiri had a close look at the urgent needs of the agricultural sector in the state.

The two sides also discussed the importance of introducing agricultural technical packages and agricultural mechanization. As well as introducing water harvesting projects to benefit from it in the various agricultural operations.

H.E Prof El Dukhiri also stressed that the AOAD will continue to support the agricultural activities in all the Arab countries. Especially those related to the AOAD programs and national projects, pointing out the need for joint action between the two parties.
