The Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) inaugurated a training course "Designing Epidemiological Surveys and Analyzing Data for Brucellosis". The training course was during the period from the 10th till the 14th of December 2017 at the AOAD's office in Cairo, Egypt.. The participants were 20 from the cadres working in the General Authority for Veterinary Services.

The program included the following; an introduction to epidemiological surveys, how to design systems for brucellosis, defining the pathological status to survey against the brucellosis, analyze the data, types and data processing. The program also included practical training on the sensitivity tests and the specialized epidemiological surveys. Moreover, the assessing survey systems and the follow-up of surveillance systems and surveys.
